Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented IT Support Instructor to deliver instructor-led training for entry-level to mid-level IT Support careers, this full-time position will involve daily instruction, student assessment, and curriculum maintenance, with a focus on fostering student achievement in a dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct daily instruction and assessments while monitoring student progress and providing one-on-one tutoring
- Maintain and update training curricula, syllabi, and classroom materials, ensuring alignment with industry standards
- Collaborate with the training team to identify student needs and establish individualized plans for success
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of teaching or training experience in IT support or a related field
- Proficient understanding of IT support fundamentals, including hardware, software, and networking concepts
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with operating systems such as Windows, MacOS, and Linux
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and relevant industry certifications, such as CompTIA A+ or Network+
