Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Support Lead - II.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate, execute, and support testing activities for eProcurement systems and catalog management
Identify, document, and track system defects while collaborating with IT and vendors for resolution
Maintain detailed documentation of testing procedures and provide regular status updates to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

B.S. / B.A. degree in Business or related field
Strong understanding of eProcurement platforms and catalog management
Experience with systems such as SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, or OpenText VIM
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with testing tools and defect tracking systems
