Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Support Lead - II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate, execute, and support testing activities for eProcurement systems and catalog management
  • Identify, document, and track system defects while collaborating with IT and vendors for resolution
  • Maintain detailed documentation of testing procedures and provide regular status updates to stakeholders


Required Qualifications
  • B.S. / B.A. degree in Business or related field
  • Strong understanding of eProcurement platforms and catalog management
  • Experience with systems such as SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, or OpenText VIM
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with testing tools and defect tracking systems
