Job Summary
Leading a remote technical support team, the full-time IT Support Manager will oversee operations, develop support strategies, and ensure high-quality service delivery while collaborating with various departments to enhance customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of IT support technicians
- Oversee daily operations of the technical support department to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Develop and implement IT support policies, procedures, and best practices
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in IT support, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) frameworks
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Experience in triaging IT ticket requests and familiarity with ticketing systems
