Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Support Manager to lead project and department management while ensuring high levels of customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate IT Support staff activities and ensure proper documentation
- Oversee IT Support tracking system and ensure timely handling of support calls and emails
- Develop and train IT personnel while managing internal development projects and maintaining a positive work environment
Required Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of IT experience
- 1 to 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in IT
- Experience in obtaining business requirements to develop user reports
- Knowledge of information systems, operations processing, and project management methodologies
- Practical experience in lieu of certification
