Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of IT Support to lead operations for foundational technology and manage a support team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a small support team, ensuring efficient task management and prioritization
  • Act as the technical lead on infrastructure projects and develop long-term technology upgrade roadmaps
  • Serve as the technical authority for foundational systems, managing complex configurations and integrations


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years of experience in IT Support or Systems Administration, with leadership experience
  • Deep technical expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem
  • Professional experience managing Google Workspace is preferred
  • Strong operational mindset with experience in managing support processes
