Job Summary

To oversee Level 1 and Level 2 Enterprise IT Services support operations, the remote contract IT Support & Applications Manager will lead a dedicated team, ensuring effective troubleshooting and seamless operation of core applications while driving continuous service improvement and managing departmental budgets.

Key responsibilities
  • Document, research, and troubleshoot reported issues and requests related to Financial, Business, Clinical, and Infrastructure applications
  • Supervise staff, plan and review their work, and ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and foster a business-oriented culture within the team
Required qualifications
  • Baccalaureate Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields
  • Five years of progressively responsible experience in administration, office management, or systems analysis, with at least two years in data processing and management information systems
  • General knowledge of computer and communication capabilities, E.D.P. applications, and data management techniques
