Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Support Specialist to support its remote workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee IT support via chat, email, and video
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic to intermediate technical issues, and assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain and update IT documentation, track support tickets, and manage tools like Google Workspace and Zoom
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, or a similar role
  • Basic experience with Google Workspace or similar, macOS and/or Windows environments, and SaaS applications
  • Ability to troubleshoot common technical issues independently
  • Highly organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • Willingness to learn and grow within an IT function
