Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day support to end users, troubleshoot issues, and escalate as necessary
  • Assist with IT onboarding and offboarding processes, manage user permissions, and ensure a seamless experience
  • Utilize IT and SaaS services, deploy and troubleshoot laptops, and meet SLAs for issue response and resolution

Required Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in IT support or technical operations
  • Experience using ticketing systems
  • Proficiency in supporting macOS and Windows users
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Customer-centric approach and ability to explain technical concepts clearly
