IT Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide operational maintenance and support for end-user systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day operational maintenance, installation, and support of end-user laptops and workstations
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and collaborate with IT team members on complex problems
• Monitor Help Desk requests and manage ticketing, including assisting users with connectivity and equipment issues

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma
• 2 - 4+ years of IT support/help desk experience in a Windows/AD environment
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs and Windows 10 desktop operating systems, including OS imaging and deployment utilities
• Ability to lift 25 pounds
• U.S. citizenship is required; must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance
