Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Specialist - Hourly.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance via phone, email, or in-person
- Utilize technical knowledge and resources to diagnose and resolve customer issues effectively
- Accurately capture customer interactions and escalate complex issues beyond Tier I support
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support and/or customer service or demonstrated proficiency in relevant skills
- Working knowledge of multiple Operating Systems (Windows and Apple)
- Familiarity with commonly used software such as Microsoft Office, Slack, and web browsers
- Understanding of computing and network technologies
- Experience in fostering a diverse environment among faculty, staff, and students
