Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Specialist - Hourly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance via phone, email, or in-person
  • Utilize technical knowledge and resources to diagnose and resolve customer issues effectively
  • Accurately capture customer interactions and escalate complex issues beyond Tier I support
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in IT support and/or customer service or demonstrated proficiency in relevant skills
  • Working knowledge of multiple Operating Systems (Windows and Apple)
  • Familiarity with commonly used software such as Microsoft Office, Slack, and web browsers
  • Understanding of computing and network technologies
  • Experience in fostering a diverse environment among faculty, staff, and students
