Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Support Specialist to facilitate technology use and support within a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary expert and support contact for the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and workflow improvement
• Manage website and digital content updates while troubleshooting fundamental issues
• Set up and support hardware and technology, including troubleshooting and inventory management

Required Qualifications

• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Dynamics or Cobalt
• Solid technical aptitude with the ability to explain complex systems simply
• Familiarity with website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Sitefinity, or similar)
• Associate's Degree in information systems, computer science, or related field, or equivalent experience
