Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Support Generalist to provide technical support and ensure a seamless technology experience for its remote workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Tier 1 & 2 technical support for IT-related issues, including hardware, software, and network problems
  • Manage user accounts, assist with workstation setup, and maintain IT support records
  • Ensure adherence to IT security policies and contribute to documentation and training for users
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in an IT Helpdesk or technical support role
  • Strong proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
  • Expertise with macOS operating systems and Google Workspace administration
  • Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and remote support tools
  • IT certifications and a Bachelor's degree in a related field are a plus
