Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Support / Service Desk Specialist to join their technology team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line IT support for software, VPN, and network issues
  • Administer Google Workspace and manage user accounts and access controls
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding, and improve support processes


Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role
  • Practical experience with Google Workspace, Jira, and Notion
  • Comfortable with both Windows and macOS environments
  • Basic scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, JavaScript, or Python
  • Foundational understanding of IT systems, APIs, and cloud services
