Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Technical Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Tier II support for corporate desktop/laptop infrastructure for both office-based and remote users
  • Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade desktop/laptop hardware and software
  • Manage user rights and security settings, and support VPN connectivity for traveling/remote users
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in supporting LAN/WAN/VPN/Wireless infrastructure
  • Experience with Windows 11, Office365, Microsoft Teams, and ServiceNow is highly valued
  • Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology is desired, or equivalent work experience
  • CompTIA A+ or MCP certifications are desired
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently and with remote teams
