A company is looking for a Support Specialist - IT.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical assistance and customer service related to electronic medical record (EMR) applications
Support providers, end users, and patients with their inquiries and issues
Utilize a ticketing system or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool to manage support requests

Required Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent work experience
One year of related work experience in customer service and/or IT systems support
Prior experience in a healthcare environment and/or with EMR applications is preferred
Experience working with a ticketing system or CRM tool is preferred
