IT Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide customer support services in a fully remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and resolving customer-reported incidents
• Developing training materials and conducting training sessions
• Installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining hardware and software

Required Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required
• Active DoD Secret Clearance or higher is mandatory
• Active Security+ CE (or equivalent 8570 IAT Level II Certification) is required
• At least one Google Cloud Platform certification is necessary
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in Information Technology is required
