IT Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide customer support services in a fully remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and resolving customer-reported incidents
• Installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining hardware and software
• Developing training materials and conducting training sessions

Required Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required
• Active DoD Secret Clearance or higher
• Active Security+ CE (or equivalent 8570 IAT Level II Certification)
• One Google Cloud Platform certification (e.g., Google Associate Cloud Engineer)
• At least 6+ years of experience in Information Technology
