Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
- Troubleshoot system and network problems and document support activities
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Completed or ongoing studies in System/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
- Minimum 1 year in IT support or helpdesk roles
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Jira, Autodesk, and remote assistance tools
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Familiarity with IT security protocols and compliance
