Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Specialist - IT.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and customer service related to electronic medical record (EMR) applications
• Support providers, end users, and patients with their technical needs
• Utilize a ticketing system or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool to manage support requests

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience
• One year of related work experience in customer service and/or information technology systems support
• Prior work experience in a healthcare environment and/or EMR is preferred
• Experience working with a ticketing system or CRM tool is preferred
