Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Support Specialist to assist with the operations of internal systems and provide technical support to employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle day-to-day IT operations, including hardware setups and account troubleshooting
  • Assist internal users with errors via the Jira service management ticketing system
  • Manage end-user onboarding and off-boarding processes and improve user experience
Required Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Mac hardware, software, and SaaS applications
  • Experience with Apple device MDMs and administration of SaaS applications
  • Excellent judgment and decision-making skills with a focus on security and compliance
  • Experience in a HIPAA, SOC2, or ISO 27001 compliant environment is a plus
  • Experience working with remote teams preferred
