IT Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to corporate, sales, and construction users on-site and remotely
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows operating systems, mobile devices, and networking equipment
• Assist with hardware and software rollout projects while ensuring minimal downtime for users

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree in IT or related field preferred
• 3 years of relevant IT experience required
• Extensive knowledge of computer hardware, software, and basic networking
• Experience with Autodesk and Adobe products
• Current, valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record
