Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide technical support and assistance to internal staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to IT support requests via phone, chat, or remote support tools
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, escalating complex issues as needed
  • Conduct routine maintenance tasks on endpoints and administer user access within IT resources
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows and MacOS
  • Familiarity with Entra ID and the Microsoft 365 Suite
  • Hands-on experience supporting endpoints in MDM-managed environments
  • Experience supporting iOS and Android devices
