Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide technical support and assistance to internal staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to IT support requests via phone, chat, or remote support tools
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, escalating complex issues as needed
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks on endpoints and administer user access within IT resources
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
- Strong working knowledge of Windows and MacOS
- Familiarity with Entra ID and the Microsoft 365 Suite
- Hands-on experience supporting endpoints in MDM-managed environments
- Experience supporting iOS and Android devices
