Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Support Specialist (SSR).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, and endpoint-related issues
- Manage and resolve help desk tickets while ensuring proper prioritization and SLA compliance
- Deliver user training sessions for new technologies and collaborate with IT team members to improve support procedures
Required Qualifications
- Degree or studies in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields
- Strong experience with Microsoft technologies and environments
- Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Analytics
- Experience with Azure services, specifically Storage Accounts and Virtual Machines
- Advanced English proficiency (written, spoken, and reading)
