Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Service Desk & Support professional.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide help desk administration, desktop support, and hardware/software setup
- Manage multiple technical requests and troubleshoot issues for PC and Mac systems
- Train clients on hardware, software, and phone system usage while supporting remote clients
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 5+ years of experience in desktop support for Mac OS X and Windows 7/10
- Strong knowledge of IT services, including Active Directory and network troubleshooting
- Experience with cloud services such as G Suite, Office 365, AWS, and Azure
- Ability to support remote clients using various communication tools
- Knowledge of Powershell, Bash, and related scripting is a plus
