Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Support Specialist to manage and improve internal IT systems and support processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide rapid IT support as the primary contact for internal requests and incidents
- Administer core IT systems, manage user accounts, and oversee hardware/software provisioning
- Implement cybersecurity best practices and maintain IT documentation for processes and workflows
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or system administration, preferably in a remote environment
- Strong familiarity with Okta, Google Workspace, and common SaaS applications
- Solid background in cybersecurity and IT infrastructure management
- Excellent customer-service mindset and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience preferred
