Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Specialist responsible for providing support for computer systems and peripherals.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries and requests for assistance, logging all service desk calls into the Incident Management System
- Analyze and resolve incidents with a goal of achieving 90% First Call Resolution
- Promote effective use of technology and investigate causes of incidents to prevent recurrence
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Information Systems or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3 years of experience in an IT support function or customer service-oriented environment
- Technical knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows OS, and Remote Access
- Ability to learn technical product information quickly and accurately
- Willingness to work flexible hours and provide on-call support as needed
