Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Specialist responsible for providing support for computer systems and peripherals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inquiries and requests for assistance, logging all service desk calls into the Incident Management System
  • Analyze and resolve incidents with a goal of achieving 90% First Call Resolution
  • Promote effective use of technology and investigate causes of incidents to prevent recurrence
Required Qualifications
  • Degree in Information Systems or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3 years of experience in an IT support function or customer service-oriented environment
  • Technical knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows OS, and Remote Access
  • Ability to learn technical product information quickly and accurately
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and provide on-call support as needed
