Job Summary

A company is looking for an Information Technology Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for technical issues via phone, email, and remote support tools
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, hardware, and basic network connectivity
  • Document all issues and resolutions using a ticketing platform and maintain daily productivity expectations
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ year of IT support/help desk experience in a structured environment
  • Strong Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365 support experience
  • Strong Windows troubleshooting skills
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and incident tracking
  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience (preferred)
