Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Support team member to provide technical support across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first-line technical support for internal teams, resolving issues and escalating as necessary
  • Monitor and respond to technical questions from multiple stakeholders while maintaining professionalism and urgency
  • Own technical onboarding for new hires, including account creation, permissions setup, and tool provisioning
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in IT support, technical operations, or helpdesk roles
  • Strong familiarity with user account management and SaaS tools
  • Experience with security tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and Okta
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with the team as needed
  • Strong work ethic with a sense of urgency and multitasking abilities
