Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Support Specialist responsible for supporting the operational IT infrastructure and end users.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance to end users both onsite and remotely
- Manage user endpoints and oversee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networks
Required Qualifications
- 12-24 months of relevant experience
- In-depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks
- Certification as IT Technician (e.g. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) is a plus
- Experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting systems
- Experience with networking infrastructure is preferred
