Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Support Specialist responsible for supporting the operational IT infrastructure and end users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance to end users both onsite and remotely
  • Manage user endpoints and oversee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networks
Required Qualifications
  • 12-24 months of relevant experience
  • In-depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks
  • Certification as IT Technician (e.g. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) is a plus
  • Experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting systems
  • Experience with networking infrastructure is preferred
