Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide technology support to employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first level support for end users' technology-related issues
  • Install and configure laptops and peripheral equipment, and assist with onboarding new users
  • Document technical procedures and escalate complex issues to higher-level IT staff as needed


Required Qualifications
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a technology support role
  • Experience with Windows 10/11 and Mac OS preferred
  • Basic understanding of TCP/IP protocol and network troubleshooting skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office application suite
  • Ability to lift and move IT equipment as needed
