Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide technology support to employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first level support for end users' technology-related issues
- Install and configure laptops and peripheral equipment, and assist with onboarding new users
- Document technical procedures and escalate complex issues to higher-level IT staff as needed
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a technology support role
- Experience with Windows 10/11 and Mac OS preferred
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP protocol and network troubleshooting skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office application suite
- Ability to lift and move IT equipment as needed
