Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Support Specialist I for 3rd Shift and Weekends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for inbound support calls, screen and prioritize issues
  • Field incoming help requests and manage ITSM tickets, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up
  • Provide technical support for end-user issues, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in information technology preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a support role within a Managed Services Provider
  • Experience supporting virtual desktop environments and troubleshooting network connectivity issues
  • Technical knowledge of VMware, networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS), and Windows Server
  • Current or past experience working 3rd shift (8pm-5am) is preferred
