IT Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Support Specialist I to join their global team in Yerevan.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to end-users virtually or in person
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware and software issues
• Log and track support requests in a ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and documentation

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree in IT or industry-standard certifications like A+ or Network+
• 1 year of hands-on experience in a support capacity
• Proficiency in navigating and troubleshooting Apple and PC environments
• Fluent in Armenian, with professional proficiency in English and intermediate proficiency in Russian
• Customer-focused attitude and ability to work in a globally-distributed team
