Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tier 1 IT Support Specialist to handle advanced technical issues and provide support for end-users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first contact for moderately complex customer inquiries via phone, email, and web submissions
  • Assist customers in resolving technical problems with software, hardware, and mobile applications
  • Log and track inquiries, ensuring resolution within the agreed timeframe and writing knowledgebase articles for common problems
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or G.E.D
  • Two or more years of technical training and/or relevant certifications (e.g., A+, ITIL Foundation)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products, VPN software, and Windows operating systems
  • Must meet government eligibility requirements
