Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Support Specialist II to provide hardware lifecycle support and end-user assistance in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage global PC hardware inventory and coordinate computer replacements
  • Support user accounts and systems administration across local and cloud-based systems
  • Monitor and resolve Help Desk tickets while providing technical support to end-users
Required Qualifications
  • Associate degree in a related field and 2-5 years of networking experience, or equivalent work experience
  • 1-2 years of Help Desk experience required
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments
  • Familiarity with Azure Active Directory and cloud-based management tools preferred
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware components and device deployment
