Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and account-related issues through IT Service Desk channels
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Windows, macOS, and mobile devices, escalating complex incidents when necessary
  • Assist in configuring and deploying laptops and mobile devices for new hires and existing employees
Required Qualifications
  • 0-2 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles
  • Foundational understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems and software installation
  • Basic knowledge of network fundamentals, including Wi-Fi connectivity and IP troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Okta or similar cloud identity platforms
  • Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent hands-on experience
