Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT User Support Specialist to provide technical support and resolve IT issues for employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and document technical issues and solutions in the ticketing system while communicating with employees
  • Evaluate and prioritize incoming support requests, identifying issues and determining solutions
  • Assist users in implementing requests and maintain user account information, including rights and security
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in information technology or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5-7 years of customer service experience in an IT environment
  • Knowledge of various computer systems, hardware, software, and peripherals
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating priorities
