Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Support Services II - Quick Fix.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve support tickets and assist in scheduling for the team
  • Provide troubleshooting and support for desktop, networking, and cloud services
  • Engage with customers, assess ticket urgency, and document processes for Help Desk and Dispatch
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or system administration
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems and enterprise applications
  • Experience with networking concepts and helpdesk/ticketing systems
  • Familiarity with cloud services and IT security practices is preferred
