Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Support Specialist to manage internal IT operations and support for employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first line support for internal IT issues and manage IT tickets
  • Provision and configure hardware and software for users, including onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Track software licenses and maintain IT asset inventory while assisting with IT procurement activities
Required Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in IT support or a similar role
  • Hands-on experience with end-user hardware and software support in Windows and/or macOS environments
  • Experience with ticketing systems and external IT vendors or MSPs
  • Strong organizational skills, particularly in asset and license tracking
  • Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced startup environment
