Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Specialist responsible for providing technical support and resolving issues related to computer systems and peripherals.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve service desk inquiries and requests for assistance
- Log incidents and track progress using the Incident Management System
- Implement solutions to prevent recurring issues and improve service desk efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience
- 3 years of experience in IT support or customer service environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows OS, and remote access technologies
- Certification such as Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), CompTIA A+, or CompTIA Network+ is preferred
- Ability to learn technical product information quickly and accurately
