Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Specialist responsible for providing technical support and resolving issues related to computer systems and peripherals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to and resolve service desk inquiries and requests for assistance
  • Log incidents and track progress using the Incident Management System
  • Implement solutions to prevent recurring issues and improve service desk efficiency


Required Qualifications
  • Degree in Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3 years of experience in IT support or customer service environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows OS, and remote access technologies
  • Certification such as Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), CompTIA A+, or CompTIA Network+ is preferred
  • Ability to learn technical product information quickly and accurately
