Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Support Specialist II to provide high-quality technical support to employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide responsive support for hardware, software, and network issues across various operating systems
- Perform routine maintenance, updates, and assist in the implementation of automated deployment solutions
- Collaborate with IT teams to resolve escalations and document processes in ticketing systems
Required Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 4+ years of IT support or desktop support experience
- Proficiency with Windows and macOS; familiarity with Linux preferred
- Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPNs)
- Experience with identity and access management (e.g., Active Directory, Microsoft 365)
