Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Support Specialist II to provide high-quality technical support to employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide responsive support for hardware, software, and network issues across various operating systems
  • Perform routine maintenance, updates, and assist in the implementation of automated deployment solutions
  • Collaborate with IT teams to resolve escalations and document processes in ticketing systems
Required Qualifications
  • Degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 4+ years of IT support or desktop support experience
  • Proficiency with Windows and macOS; familiarity with Linux preferred
  • Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPNs)
  • Experience with identity and access management (e.g., Active Directory, Microsoft 365)
