Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first line of IT support, resolving issues through various methods
- Support and manage Microsoft 365 applications and user account management
- Troubleshoot basic networking issues and oversee new hire onboarding
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of IT support experience (help desk, service desk, or desktop support)
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications
- Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID or Active Directory
- Basic networking knowledge (IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, VPN)
- Experience with a ticketing system and troubleshooting end-user issues
