Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Support professional.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first line of IT support, resolving issues through various methods
  • Support and manage Microsoft 365 applications and user account management
  • Troubleshoot basic networking issues and oversee new hire onboarding
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of IT support experience (help desk, service desk, or desktop support)
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID or Active Directory
  • Basic networking knowledge (IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, VPN)
  • Experience with a ticketing system and troubleshooting end-user issues
