IT Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Specialist who will provide direct service support to users for various computing devices and IT functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain computer networks and contribute to hardware and software specifications
• Provide user support and resolve software and hardware issues for staff and physicians
• Administer information security software and follow standard Help Desk operation procedures

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Associate's Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
• 5 years of experience in lieu of degree or certificate; minimum of 2 years in Information Technology
• Microsoft certifications preferred
• Working knowledge of common operating systems and software applications
• Knowledge in healthcare systems operations such as EMR
