IT Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide technical support to employees and ensure the reliable operation of hardware, software, and network systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct technical support for end users and remote support for global sites
• Support manufacturing operations, including Windows computers, OT systems, and IoT devices
• Maintain and repair computers and peripheral devices while managing cybersecurity vulnerabilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years of IT user support experience
• ITIL 4 Foundation certification preferred
• Experience supporting Windows servers and network environments
• Working understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP network protocols
