Job Summary

A company is looking for a DevSecOps Engineer (TypeScript & Agentic AI).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support for a remote workforce using MacBooks
• Support audits and compliance for ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II, and PCI DSS
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in IT operations

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration in a Mac-only environment
• Hands-on experience with Google Workspaces, Office 365, Zoom, Atlassian tools, and GitHub
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS
• Experience with MDM solutions and endpoint protection tools
• Strong understanding of identity and access management principles
