Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Support Specialist IV to resolve a variety of technical problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead incoming help requests from end users and document pertinent information
  • Prioritize, schedule, and escalate problems as necessary to experienced technicians
  • Install new PCs and provide training for new and existing users
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent with 8+ years of related experience or training
  • Knowledge of basic computer hardware and software
  • Familiarity with desktop and server operating systems
  • Ability to conduct research into a wide range of computing issues
  • Exceptional customer service orientation
