Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Support Specialist IV to resolve a variety of technical problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead incoming help requests from end users and document pertinent information
- Prioritize, schedule, and escalate problems as necessary to experienced technicians
- Install new PCs and provide training for new and existing users
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent with 8+ years of related experience or training
- Knowledge of basic computer hardware and software
- Familiarity with desktop and server operating systems
- Ability to conduct research into a wide range of computing issues
- Exceptional customer service orientation
