Job Summary

IT Support Specialist, seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual with 4+ years of experience in enterprise LAN/WAN/VPN/Wireless infrastructure for a full-time role involving Tier II support, hardware/software troubleshooting, and system upgrades.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Tier II support for corporate desktop/laptop infrastructure for both office-based and remote users
  • Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade desktop/laptop hardware and software
  • Manage user rights and security settings, and support VPN connectivity technologies
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in enterprise IT support for LAN/WAN/VPN/Wireless environments
  • Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or equivalent work experience
  • CompTIA A+ or MCP certifications are desired
  • Experience with Windows 11, Office365, Microsoft Teams, and ServiceNow
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with remote teams
