Job Summary
IT Support Specialist, a full-time role responsible for providing first-line technical support, managing help desk tickets, and overseeing IT onboarding processes in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues
- Manage new-hire onboarding, including provisioning laptops and configuring accounts
- Maintain accurate documentation and assist with compliance initiatives related to HIPAA standards
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in IT help desk or technical support roles
- Experience supporting macOS environments
