Job Summary
IT Support Specialist, a full-time position responsible for providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 support in a remote environment, managing Mac-only endpoints, and ensuring compliance and security across various IT systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for a remote workforce using MacBooks and manage user accounts and integrations
- Support security audits and compliance efforts for ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II, and PCI DSS
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve IT processes and document user training materials
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration in a Mac-only, remote-first environment
- Hands-on experience with Google Workspaces, Office 365, Zoom, Atlassian tools, and GitHub
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS
- Experience with MDM solutions like Kandji and endpoint protection tools like Bitdefender
- Strong understanding of identity and access management principles
