IT Support Specialist

Job Summary

IT Support Specialist provides hands-on desktop support in a primarily remote, long-term contract role, focusing on Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365 technologies for a financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize Microsoft Intune for device management and policy enforcement
• Provide desktop and end-user support for approximately 300 employees, resolving technical issues
• Document support procedures and collaborate with internal teams to maintain reliable user computing environments

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Jamf for device deployments
• Strong experience in Windows and Mac/OS environments, including Office 365 and Active Directory
• Background in desktop support or endpoint management
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and device management issues independently
• Experience in a financial services or similar structured business environment is advantageous
