Job Summary
Supporting the organization's technology needs, the full-time IT Specialist will provide day-to-day technical assistance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain IT systems in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day technical support to employees
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, systems, and applications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Windows and/or macOS environments
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
